About Johnathan Shirey, P.A.

Johnathan is a Naples-based luxury real estate advisor with Douglas Elliman Real Estate. His practice combines buyer representation for luxury new developments, branded residences and new-construction homes with consulting for builders, developers and investors—from individual luxury spec homes to residential developments of 100 or more residences.

He personally leads single-family spec-home assignments through Douglas Elliman and collaborates with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing on development projects. His work can also include helping investors shape a project and assemble the builders, contractors, architects and designers needed to pursue it.

Originally from Canton, Ohio, Johnathan moved to Florida in 2004. Ranked No. 60 in Naples by sales volume in the 2025 RealTrends Verified rankings, he brings a focus on market analysis, clear communication and client education to select Southwest and Southeast Florida luxury markets.
